Welcome to Cub Scout Pack 350!

Cub Adventure

May 2-4, Camp Comer, AL

The pack is planning to go to Cub Adventure May 2-4 at Camp Comer (map).  Check the attached flyer, below. If you can't make it that weekend, you can go the weekend before.

This is easy camping:  the campground has two-person already-erected canvas tents and four-person wooden Adirondack-type wood shelters.  Both have cots with 4" mattresses and wood plank floors.  All who sign up from our pack should be placed in the same campground area.  Meals are provided, and the activities in the past included:  BB gun shooting, archery, canoeing, crafts.

Things to bring:

  • Health Form Parts A&B for all adults and children coming (link below)
  • sleeping bags
  • pillow
  • personal toiletries (there are showers, but it's just two nights)
  • flashlight
  • rain gear
  • money for trading post, if desired
  • marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers for S'mores (not everyone needs to bring this)

The registration deadline is one week beforehand, so April 25 for our session.  For registration, our district is Talakto, and our pack number is 7350. We're going to Session 2.

Becoming a Leader

The Pack is always in need of parents or guardians as leaders.  Please speak to the Cubmaster, an Assistant Cubmaster, or Pack Committee Member about how you'd like to help.  We have positions for Den and Assistant Den Leaders, Assistant Cubmasters, Committee Members, and other various one-off events like the Blue & Gold banquet and camping trips.  All leaders must complete Youth Protection Training.
